About West End Farm
At West End Farm, we are an independent, family-operated adults-only caravan park set on a working smallholding, dedicated to offering a peaceful and relaxing environment for our guests. Our smallholding is home to our free-roaming chickens and our children, who are very much part of life here. While our main focus is providing a tranquil retreat for adults, the gentle rhythm of family life and caring for our hens adds to the warmth and authenticity of your stay, without compromising the peace and serenity you’ve come to enjoy.
Embrace Adventure and Relaxation at West End Farm
We’re all about mixing relaxation with a dash of adventure for adults and their furry friends. Tucked away in the countryside on our working smallholding, where we raise free-range chickens and focus on arboriculture, our cosy little spot is just what you need to escape the daily grind and get back to nature.
Despite being small, West End Farm is big on charm. As a working smallholding, you’ll see the day-to-day rhythm of life here — from our free-range chickens pottering about to the trees we nurture as part of our arboriculture work. And right beyond our gates, miles of public footpaths invite you to explore. Whether you’re a keen hiker or just out for a gentle stroll, the countryside surrounding us is full of hidden gems. Wander through winding trails, pass through pockets of woodland, and take in sweeping views of the Lincolnshire Wolds — every step offers something new to discover.
We’re also passionate about helping our guests reconnect with nature — both by day and by night. Our site is designed to minimise light pollution, giving you the perfect backdrop for stargazing. Wrap yourself in a blanket, breathe in the cool evening air, and let the tranquillity of the night sky work its magic.
And don’t forget to slow down and enjoy the simple pleasures. Pack a picnic, find a quiet scenic spot, and soak up the peace of your surroundings. Or bring a good book, settle into your chair, and let the sound of birdsong and the rustle of the breeze be your soundtrack.
We welcome up to three well-behaved dogs per pitch, so your four-legged companions can join the adventure too — whether that’s exploring the footpaths, lounging by your tent, or simply sharing in the slower pace of life.
Come and experience West End Farm — where the open countryside, working smallholding life, and miles of trails combine to create a peaceful retreat for you (and your dogs) to truly unwind.

Kelly & Nick
Life at West End Farm is a blend of fresh air, open skies, and the simple pleasures of smallholding life. Nick is at the heart of the day-to-day running of our adults-only camping and touring park, balancing it alongside his work with East Coast Tree Services. As a working smallholding, we focus on arboriculture and raising our happy, free-roaming chickens — so don’t be surprised if you’re greeted by a clucking welcome party when you arrive!
Kelly now works for the local council but still plays an important part behind the scenes, helping guests whenever she can. With nearly 20 years of experience in leisure and tourism, she’s passionate about creating the kind of warm, relaxed atmosphere that makes people feel instantly at home.
We live here with our children, working the land and caring for the farm, and we take great pride in sharing our corner of the countryside with others. Whether you’re here to unwind, explore the Lincolnshire Wolds, or simply listen to the breeze in the trees, West End Farm offers the peace, space, and friendly welcome that makes it hard to leave.

Sustainability & the Environment
At West End Farm Park, we are dedicated to preserving the natural beauty and tranquillity of our surroundings while providing an exceptional holiday experience for our guests. Our commitment to sustainability is at the heart of everything we do, and we continuously strive to minimise our environmental impact through thoughtful practices and initiatives. Here’s how we’re making a difference:
1. Energy Efficiency We have implemented energy-saving measures across our park, including LED lighting and energy-efficient solar outdoor lighting. Our goal is to reduce energy consumption and minimise our carbon footprint, ensuring a greener future for all. To further highlight our commitment, electric hook-ups are individually metered, allowing guests to monitor and manage their energy usage.
2. Water Conservation Water is a precious resource, and we are committed to conserving it. Our park features low-flow fixtures and rainwater harvesting systems to reduce water usage without compromising on guest comfort. Additionally, we have implemented a reed bed filtration system for natural wastewater treatment. This eco-friendly system helps to purify water by mimicking natural filtration processes, ensuring that we minimise our impact on the local environment.
3. Waste Reduction and Recycling We are dedicated to minimising waste and promoting recycling. Our park provides clearly labelled recycling bins for guests to use, and we actively recycle materials such as paper, plastic, glass, and metal.
4. Support for Local Wildlife We cherish the local wildlife that calls our park home. To support biodiversity, we maintain natural habitats and plant native species that provide food and shelter for birds, insects, and other wildlife. In our commitment to enhancing the environment, we have planted over 300 trees throughout the park, creating new habitats and improving air quality.
5. Sustainable Travel and Transport We encourage our guests to explore the area using sustainable modes of transport. Our park offers easy access to local walking and cycling routes, and we provide information on public transportation options to help reduce car travel and associated emissions.
6. Community Engagement and Education We believe in the transformative power of community and education. By partnering with local organisations, we promote sustainable tourism and support local businesses by sourcing materials locally. Additionally, we provide our guests with valuable information on how they can contribute to our sustainability efforts during their stay, fostering a shared commitment to preserving our beautiful environment. As part of our commitment to local and sustainable practices, we also sell fresh farm eggs from our own chickens, giving guests a taste of locally sourced produce and supporting our eco-friendly initiatives.
7. Dark Sky Initiative As part of our commitment to preserving the night sky, we minimise light pollution by using low-intensity, downward-facing solar powered lighting. This not only enhances the natural beauty of the stars but also supports nocturnal wildlife and contributes to a peaceful environment.
Join Us in Our Commitment We invite you to join us in our commitment to sustainability. By making small changes and embracing eco-friendly practices, we can collectively make a big impact. Together, let’s protect and preserve the beautiful surroundings of West End Farm Park for future generations to enjoy.
We look forward to welcoming you to our eco-friendly haven, where nature and comfort coexist harmoniously. Thank you for supporting our sustainability efforts and helping us create a better, greener world.
